- The Definition of Disability - The inability to engage in any Substantial Gainful Activity (SGA) by reason of any medically determinable impairments which can be expected to result in death or last 12 months or longer.
- Not engaged in SGA; and
- Has a severe impairment; and
- Impairment meets or equals one of the impairments described in the Listing of impairments; or
- Considering the claimant’s Residual Functional Capacity (RFC), the claimant is unable to do Past Relevant Work (PRW); and
- Considering the claimant’s age, education, and work experience, the claimant is unable to do Other Work which exists in the national economy in significant numbers.
